These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through Adam & Eve 24. Adam & Eve 24 is operated by Ecometra LTD, a company registered in Cyprus under Company Registration Number: HE482778. Adam & Eve 24 serves customers within Ireland only. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms listed below.

2. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the Adam & Eve 24 online store at adameve24.com. Adam & Eve 24 currently sells and ships products to customers within Ireland only.

3. Products and Availability

We make every effort to display accurate product information, including descriptions, prices, images, colours, sizes, materials, product details and availability. Minor variations in colour or appearance may occur due to screen settings, lighting or product photography.

Product availability may change. If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you and offer a suitable solution, such as cancellation, refund or an alternative option where available.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices shown on our website are displayed in the applicable checkout currency and include applicable taxes where required.

The final order total, including any applicable taxes, discounts or fees, will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Payment must be completed at the time of purchase unless a different payment method is made available during checkout. The available payment methods are shown during the checkout process.

We reserve the right to cancel or reject orders if payment is not successfully authorised or if fraud prevention checks cannot be completed.

5. Order Confirmation and Contract Formation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order request.

Order acceptance occurs once the order has been reviewed, processed and prepared for shipment, or once the order is shipped.

If there is an obvious pricing error, display error, stock error or technical issue, we may reject or cancel the order. If payment has already been made, the amount paid will be refunded.

6. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Our daily order cut-off time is 3:00 PM Irish Time (Dublin time).

Orders placed after the cut-off time, on Sundays or on public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship orders within Ireland only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping within Ireland is free. There is no minimum order value and no additional shipping cost will be added at checkout.

After your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, estimated delivery typically takes 4–7 business days. The total estimated delivery time, including processing and shipping, is usually 5–9 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available for your shipment.

8. Taxes, Customs and Import Charges

Adam & Eve 24 sells to customers within Ireland. Since Ecometra LTD is registered in Cyprus and both Cyprus and Ireland are within the European Union, customers do not pay separate customs duties or import charges upon delivery for orders placed through our store.

The amount shown at checkout is the final amount for the order, including any applicable taxes and shipping costs shown during checkout.

9. Customer Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If a delivery issue occurs because of incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer, additional costs or delays may occur. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once an order has already been processed or shipped.

10. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@adameve24.com.

We cannot guarantee that cancellation requests can be completed once an order has already been processed, packed or shipped. If cancellation is no longer possible, you may still request a return after receiving the order, subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

11. Returns, Cooling-Off Right and Refunds

Customers may request a return within 30 days after receiving the order, subject to the return eligibility requirements listed in our Return and Refund Policy.

This 30-day return period includes your statutory 14-day cooling-off right and extends it voluntarily to a total of 30 days. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect due to our error, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy and are issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected, where applicable.

12. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery at info@adameve24.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping label and the issue so we can review the case and provide a suitable solution.

13. Adult Products and Responsible Use

Adam & Eve 24 sells adult-focused products and intimate apparel. Our website, products and services are intended for adults only and are not intended for persons under the age of 18.

By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally allowed to purchase the products shown on our website in Ireland.

14. Use of the Website

You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information or use the website for fraudulent, harmful or unlawful purposes.

15. Intellectual Property

Customers are responsible for using purchased products lawfully and responsibly. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where we believe that an order may breach applicable laws, payment rules, fraud prevention requirements or our internal risk checks.

18. Governing Law and Consumer Protection

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, unless mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in Ireland provide otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits the mandatory consumer rights available to customers under applicable Irish or European consumer protection laws.

19. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact us first at info@adameve24.com so we can review the matter and try to resolve it directly.

We are not obliged and do not agree to participate in an alternative dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration body, unless required by applicable law.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. The version available on our website at the time of purchase applies to your order.
